1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is important to start by washing and drying all the vegetables before proceeding.
Step 2 : Next, the seeds should be removed from the peppers and sliced into half-centimeter or slightly thicker slices, either with a mandoline or a knife.
Step 3 : Then, all the vegetables should be interleaved in your preferred order and placed in lines or circles in a baking dish previously greased with olive oil.
Step 4 : In the blender jar, chop 3 peeled garlic cloves for 3 seconds at medium speed.
Step 5 : Next, add the salt and a handful of aromatic herbs, and blend for 30 seconds.
