Homemade Gnocchi
Ingredients
2 Potatoes
¼ kilogram of Wheat flour
Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons of Processed flaxseed
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by boiling water in a large pot.
Step 2 : Then, peel the potatoes and let them cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Once cooked, drain and mash them thoroughly.
Step 4 : When they are cool enough and mashed well, mix with the flour and processed flaxseed.
Step 5 : Knead into a ball shape, similar to a croquette.
Step 6 : Place the balls into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and drain the gnocchi.
Step 7 : In a pan, fry the tomato sauce and add the prepared gnocchi.
Step 8 : Finally, serve on a plate to enjoy.
