Ingredients
¾ kilogram of Cooked pumpkin
1 Chopped onion into small cubes
2 tablespoons of Crushed garlic
4 Potatoes cut into cubes
½ cup of Evaporated milk
200 grams of Fresh cheese
2 Corn cut into four pieces
1 pinch of Salt
2 cups of Vegetable broth
Vegetable oil
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare the pumpkin soup, first blend the pumpkin with a little broth until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2 : Next, prepare a sauce with the onion and garlic.
Step 3 : Once the sauce is ready, add the blended pumpkin and wait for the mixture to reach its first boil.
Step 4 : Then, add the potatoes and corn pieces to the preparation, cooking over medium heat.
Step 5 : Once the potatoes and corn are cooked, incorporate the evaporated milk and fresh cheese, stirring well.
Step 6 : Finally, serve the soup, making sure each bowl contains a potato and a piece of corn.
