Ingredients

1 cup of Soy sauce

1 ½ cup of Water

1 tablespoon of Ground ginger

1 tablespoon of Powdered garlic

5 tablespoons of Brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Corn honey

2 tablespoons of Cornstarch

¼ cup of Rice vinegar

2 cups of Dehydrated soy fillets

1 liter of Water

1 tablespoon of Vegetable broth

1 tablespoon of Ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the sauce, blend all ingredients and heat the mixture until it reaches the typical consistency of the desired sauce.

Step 2 : Once ready, let it cool and pour into a glass container.

Step 3 : To prepare the soy steak, boil water and add the dehydrated soy.

Step 4 : Once softened and puffed up, drain and rinse twice with water, drain again, and squeeze well.

Step 5 : Then, heat enough oil in a skillet and fry the soy fillet, stirring constantly.

Step 6 : When it starts to brown, add the vegetable broth and, once browned, add half a cup of teriyaki sauce.

Step 7 : Mix well, turn off the heat, and serve over a bed of white rice, garnished with chopped green onion.
