Ingredients

1 cup of Raw soybeans

½ cup of Ground flaxseed

½ cup of Ground oats

2 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

1 cup of Breadcrumbs

Step 1 : To prepare the soybean cutlets, start by crushing the soybeans with the two garlic cloves.

Step 2 : Then, gradually add the ground flaxseed and ground oats, kneading until they release mucilage, which will help make the mixture sticky.
