Ingredients

3 Potatoes

400 grams of Swiss chard

1 Onion

3 Cloves of garlic

200 milliliters of

Oil

1 pinch of Grated cheese

Salt

½ teaspoon of Oregano

Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with oil, sauté 3 chopped cloves of garlic and 1 onion.

Step 2 : Also add 2 tablespoons of oil, 400 grams of chopped fresh chard, half a glass of water, and salt.

Step 3 : Cook until the chard reduces a little.

Step 4 : Then, add 200 ml of cooking cream and half a teaspoon of nutmeg.

Step 5 : Set aside.

Step 6 : In a saucepan, place 3 cooked potatoes cut into medium cubes, add salt and 1 teaspoon of oregano.

Step 7 : Mix and add the sauté, stirring well.

Step 8 : Grease a baking dish with oil and pour in the potato and chard mixture.

Step 9 : Sprinkle grated cheese on top and gratinate in the oven at 200°C.
