Ingredients

6 Tomatoes

3 Garlic

1 tablespoon of Celery

1 Onion

4 Carrots

1 teaspoon of Basil if desired

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Parsley if desired

5 Mushrooms

3 Turnips

250 grams of Small pasta

300 grams of White beans

1 ½ liter of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : Soak the beans overnight.

Step 2 : Then, peel and chop the onions and garlic into small cubes.

Step 3 : In a skillet with two tablespoons of oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the chopped vegetables, and stir.

Step 4 : Add the water with the beans and cook over very low heat for one hour.

Step 5 : Next, add the tomato, bay leaf, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, serve hot, garnished with basil and parsley.
